This weekend marks the one-year anniversary of welcoming the wildflower nursery into the Higher Ground family! 🥳🌿
The AONB led and funded project completed in April 2019, handing the ongoing running of the nursery to a group of volunteers as a sub-project of Higher Ground. Since then the team have focused upon community and family involvement, well-being and health benefits of working with nature and local bio-diversity.
They are currently selling these locally-sourced wildflower boxes for you to plant out with your family, either in a spot of your garden or grassy verge for £5. Please contact ginnyswaile@yahoo.com if you would like one.
